Gail Gardner the creative talent behind angel cake has over 20 years experience in making wedding, anniversary, christening, birthday, corporate cakes and the popular cupcakes. Whilst Kevin Gardner offers guidance support and over 20 years experience in retail. Together we offer the complete package from having your cake designed and made by us, to helping and guiding you to create something yourself. Our masterpieces will form the perfect centrepiece for any celebration.

Our designs range from simple and elegant, traditional to modern, or funky to outrageous. Each cake is individually designed to your specification and finished to the highest standards making your dream wedding cake or celebration cake extra special.

With a choice of flavours including lemon, chocolate, toffee, coffee and walnut, carrot, apple and cinnamon, luxury Madeira, chocolate orange sponge, each filled with delicious fillings or our rich moist fruit cake, our cakes not only look divine they taste divine.
